What's your opinion on this statement? Some say everyone is replaceable, some say it depends on the type of job the employee does within the company. I know it can be really difficult to find someone to work for low wages that is reliable and consistent and makes progress and growth in the company.. if it is a job that requires a body to pull a lever maybe it is replaceable but a job that requires leadership, wisdom and competency along with creativity... It might not always be possible to find... It really comes down to gratitude.. if you employ people you must show your employees gratitude and they will respond positively.. it's that simple... If your not grateful for anyone or anything they won't want to stay with you anyways and will find one way or another to leave you... And not always in the best fashion.. the message here is take care of your people because they take care of you or they will eventually realise their worth and take care of themselves instead.
