Our session, “Navigating Moral Distress: Cross-National and Cross-Professional Approaches to Assessment and Action,” brings together research and perspectives from an international context, spanning social work, nursing, medicine and occupational health.
Moral distress, when professionals can’t act on what they believe is ethically right, is a global challenge with real consequences for well-being and workforce sustainability.
🌍 This five-paper symposium connects research across disciplines and practice settings to better understand how moral distress emerges and what can be done to address it.
