No more breed-based discrimination, and adjustments allowed for documented dangerous dogs. Evicting a tenant with an abandoned pet? The bill mandates humane involvement of animal control.

🚫 Say goodbye to excessive pet fees! The law caps pet deposits at $300, and pet rent is limited to $35 per month or 1.5% of the monthly rent, whichever is greater.
