CoCEAL

In a time of shifting policies and heightened scrutiny, educators and nonprofit professionals are navigating complex legal questions that directly impact how we serve students, uphold our mission, and stay true to ourselves. This virtual charla brings together legal experts from the education, non-profit, and public sectors to share insight on the current legal landscape and what practitioners, institutions and organizations should be mindful of moving forward.
Panelists will discuss emerging trends, common concerns, and practical considerations related to advocacy, compliance, and institutional decision-making and the current administration's changes to DEI, immigration, and education policies.
This space is intended for educators, staff, administrators, and allies working across Colorado's postsecondary institutions.
As a reminder, our Charlas meetings are exclusive to paid CoCEAL members only. Click here or in our bio (https://coceal.org/wp/membership/member_institutions/) for a full list of member institutions and the institutional representatives. Reach out to your institutional representative to see the membership level your institution has secured and participation in this event.
