We gave the corridors a fresh coat of paint, ditched the old wallpaper, added some cool accent wall colors, and put in some classy wood paneling in the clubhouse and lounge areas. With day one in the books, we were able to get a lot accomplished and get ahead of schedule at THE GLENN APARTMENTS. Our team was able to get over 3000 ft.² masked off and another 3000 ft.² of ceiling painted as well as over 25,000 ft.² prepped for paint including stripping some walls of wallpaper. It’s so crucial on large projects like this to get off on the right foot with progress and communication with the on-site team. That’s exactly what Merit Interior Exterior will promise on every project. This one took a little longer than it should to post but we have diligently worked with Westcoat Coating Systems to install long lasting and enduring coatings on multiple walkways throughout the Denver/ Metro Area! Josh Diner has been critical to our success of installing this product and I highly recommend him and Westcoat for any future coating projects! Hands and shoulders above the rest!
