HIRING: CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Our client is a state-of-the-art printing company that produces products ranging from business checks, and forms, to more recently, expanding and shifting their focus into printing elaborate labels for craft breweries, wineries, and medical device companies across the US.

Having been in the industry for 40+ years, they are the only printing facility on the west coast that has the type of equipment and facilities to create these diverse and complex labels.

Due to company growth, they are seeking a Customer Care Specialist that will focus on selling the products and services to prospective and existing customers and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in office in Tualatin, OR
• Relevant Knowledge of the paper printing industry and products is beneficial, but not required
• The ability to interact with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
• Experience with CRM or order-entry software is preferred

Our client is a leading food provider with over 1,200 active locations. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing company.

The ideal candidate will have a background in food distribution and be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base within the Iowa Territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Must live in Des Moines or within a 30-mile radius
