Beware the 2026 Inside The Chains C-tier professional layout at Rhyolite Regional Park in Castle Rock, CO has increased to 7094’ with 58 total par, compared to the 5133’ par 55 for the recreational layout. Still to be determined which divisions will be playing which, based on ending registration numbers, but most likely all pros, FA1, MA1, MA40, MA50 will be playing the professional layout and all other divisions will be playing the recreational layout. Holes 12, 14, 15, 16 on the pro layout will be utilizing new tee pads installed for the new design yet to take effect, so why not use them. Get signed up to celebrate National Disc Golf Day with a huge 870’ downhill par 4 pro throw, am players packs worth 100% valued at least $40, plus Mini Disc CTP and Putting Competition to raise funds for Colorado kids through the official tournament charity Educational Disc Golf Experience (EDGE). The course map is available for download in PDF on the event website or DG Scene registration. Check out our eBay auction for some very special fundraising items, including a Missy Gannon and Anthony Barella signed beautiful halo USDGC disc with black rim and green eye-like center.

The 3rd Wingsuit Open Fundraiser is back again as a Professional Disc Golf Association Competition Endowment event to raise funds for The Mockingbird Foundation, who provides musical access and instruments to schools and children's groups. Playing a single ‘choose your tee time’ flex format round at a top ranked and nationally popular course Johnny Roberts DGC Sept 12, 2026, with two huge players packs options and trophies for top competitors. There is also a NPPP Program where anyone is the U.S. who can’t make it can still support by purchasing one or a few different options using the NPPP non-playing players pack purchase division on the DG Scene registration website.

Registration for all women and juniors opens June 30, NPPP and tournament supporters July 7, then regular registration opens for everyone July 14, 2026.

At each of the first two Wingsuit Open tournaments we raised an average of $1500.00 and had a total of 19 different states from across this great country represented at both. Let’s continue the tradition of donating at least $1500 this year and increasing the out-of-state support with the NPPP program. Working on a special item only available for NPPP registrants or in person at EstPhest; more news soon.

There will also be a 9-hole mini disc golf course, which is the number one way to have fun with a frisbee; guarantee you won’t stop smiling! Half of the $10 entry fees are payouts via PayPal after the event and half are donated. Anyone at Johnny Roberts that Saturday must give right-of-way to registered tournament players. But they can also check with the TD to register on-site for any empty tee time slots, or sign up to just play the mini disc golf course.

Proud to announce a perfectly aligned partnership with Esters Denver being a Silver Sponsor of this tournament. Esters is a really cool Phish themed pizza and craft beer establishment with three locations throughout Denver, and the Mockingbird Foundation was started by and is funded mostly by Phish fans. Esters also runs a free Phish pre-party with food and drink specials, live music, local vendors and a bus to Dicks and back for $60. PeaceJames Co will be involved with EstPhest too this year, details still to come.

Huge shoutout to two more amazing Colorado small businesses who have proven their community support by sponsoring this event from the very beginning, Rocky Mountain Heat and Trash Panda Disc Golf. Anyone anywhere can also support this tournament using the SPON sponsorship division on the DG Registration page starting at just $25, or just donate straight to The Mockingbird Foundation using the same division. Check out the PJC Tournament Sponsorship Breakdown to see what you will receive in exchange for your support.

The northern Colorado ranch I’ve been running disc golf tournaments at since 2019 was sold a few weeks ago and the new owners have recently informed me that the entire place is double booked for the weekend I reserved in November last year, for the fifth year in a row. So after scrambling through plans F, G and H, I have decided to cancel the 10th Solstice Soirée Supported by Innova. The tenth celebration is special and I think I’ll hang onto it until the perfect conditions exist. Very, very happy for Dan & Ellen and hope they can finally enjoy their retirement! Really appreciate their partnership and love over many years. Also want to thank Innova Discs and Trash Panda Disc Golf for their years of support as well. Keep an eye on our website and socials for future fun and camaraderie.
