You know that saying about "misery loves company"? It's true. Emotions are multiplied when they are shared. If you're feeling discouraged about your business, don't go find someone to share in your frustration. Hustle up a little excitement and then find someone to share THAT with.

When we find ourselves in others' stories, it is a beautiful thing. We feel like someone out there gets us, understands us, knows us. Stories connect us to each other and add meaning to our lives. Our stories can do the same for others. Don't keep your story to yourself.

Self-explanatory! We do a lot for others all the time, but doing things for strangers just feels different, doesn't it?

You did it! Take a minute to think of where you are. The year is almost over, the holidays are almost here, and you are in one piece. That's worth celebrating!

We all have lists. Try focusing on what you did get done instead of what you didn't.

The holidays can be difficult for many of us because of many different reasons - missing loved ones no longer here, feeling lonely, worrying about finances, or a million other things. It's OK to feel however you feel.

Even if you're busy, sometimes you need a reason to sit down and relax. Watching a movie, by yourself or with others, allows you to escape and do something fun at the same time!

Expressing gratitude is good for the soul. Writing it down brings you an extra level of happiness. What are you grateful for today?
