Pilates by Ness

what does this mean to you!? I have had Monday’s off for about the last 6 years and so has my husband. We have almost always spent our days off together and we almost always head out on an adventure! Some big, some small...doesn’t matter when we’re together. We wake up and grind hard for work all week long and reward ourselves with something fun. Living in Colorado makes the fun easy to access! We usually head to the mountains to play! In the summer we backpack, hike or camp and in the winter you can usually find us snowboarding on any hill that’s not crowded with people!!

My Pilates practice helps me SOO much with all of this activity. It helps keep my spine flexible, my muscles strong and my mental health high!
