Somehow the basics of healthy living (sleep, movement, nutrition, & stress management) have simultaneously fallen to the wayside because they feel like TOO MUCH in this chaotic world AND been deemed NOT ENOUGH to achieve our goals. (Read that again🤯)
It’s no wonder we struggle to achieve our goals! 🤦‍♀️ We struggle to stay consistent with the basics but have this limiting belief that we need to be doing MORE. HARDER. FASTER. That’s the only way goals are achieved, right? 🙅‍♀️
Don’t get me wrong. There is absolutely a place for hard work and hustle.
But if you’re skipping the basics, you’re missing the FIRST and most POWERFUL step.
Fun fact, this is ALSO the foundation to syncing and connecting your life to your cycle. đź’«
