Michele brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth for some of the world's most recognized brands. In her role, she will lead our strategic partnerships and client teams, with a focus on accelerating growth for current clients across national and local marketing, advancing AI-driven technology innovation, and driving franchise owner revenue growth and satisfaction with LOCALACT.

Her leadership and experience come at an important moment as we continue to invest in smarter strategy, stronger partnerships, and scalable solutions that help brands and franchise systems grow with confidence. Welcome to the team, Michele. We're excited for what's ahead!

We're pleased to welcome three new team members who bring impressive experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared passion for strategic growth: Stacy Eley, Monique Moser, and Robin Alex.

Stacy Eley steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer after helping grow a franchise business from two family-owned stores to over 350 locations. She's passionate about building scalable systems and strong teams—and when she's off the clock, she's embracing her baseball mom era.

Monique Moser joins us as a Strategy Director with a background in program management and marketing across multiple industries. She's a self-described spreadsheet enthusiast (yes, even for Halloween!) and an avid traveler who's explored six continents so far.

Robin Alex also joins as a Strategy Director, bringing deep experience in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and account management. Based in Highlands Ranch, he's always up for outdoor adventures with his family—especially on a soccer field or mountain trail.
