When a patient walks through the doors of a Community Health Center, they are seen as a “whole person” not just for the complaint they came in with. This means that doctors, therapists, and dentists are all working together to make sure their patients are healthy and set up to thrive. This is called integrated care.

Special gratitude to those who presented and shared your stories.
