One thing that I have always loved about my job is sharing my passion for social media. When I was the commencement speaker at Penn State Beaver in 2017, I spoke about the importance of finding your voice, breaking through the noise, and being heard. The following summer, I started Hat Tip Digital. My mission: Educate, encourage, engage, and equip others to use their voice. Over my career, I have spoken to executives, small businesses, non-profits, and student audiences about how they can harness the power of social media to do this.
