DesignWorks is an award-winning company that designs and creates decor for high-end social and corporate events. This position involves setting up and breaking down events all over Denver and the mountain areas of Colorado.

Depending on the time of the year, days and hours will vary. Weekend schedules, some holidays, and overnights are possible.

Great candidates for this position include but are not limited to movers, warehouse staff, stage crew and event set crew. We are looking for strong, responsible individuals with the ability to collaborate with a small group of employees.

A typical day in this position will include:
- Pulling and staging inventory in warehouse (couches, chairs, tables, lighting, flowers, graphics, etc.)
- Prepping and loading inventory into a box truck (wrapping with plastic, covering with moving blankets, securing on truck, etc.)
- Unloading trucks at the event site & placing inventory according to room diagram
- Taking down event and loading truck to go back to warehouse
- Unloading inventory from the truck and replacing in appropriate area in warehouse

An Event Crew Member must:
- Follow direction provided by event designer
- Be reliable and responsible
- Have own transportation and valid driver license
- Have a cell phone and email
- Be able to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
- Be gentle and mindful while moving, loading and handling inventory, always following safety procedures
- Driving box trucks is a PLUS

We offer a competitive hourly rate depending on experience. We also pay PREMIUM PAY for hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am. When Full Time status is offered, benefits will become available to you.
