I want to carry these three words with me for a while. To remind myself to remain compassionate to those who need a little pep in their step (I know how it felt to feel invisible growing up).

The grace to not be so hard on myself and always perfect everything (just take that damn first step, figure out the rest later).

The wit to cut through noise, think for myself, question everything, and move decisively.
