Happy Home Anniversary. 15 years ago today, we purchased our home in Denver. It was a big move, because prices were quite a bit more than what we were used to. I always say “give it some time, and appreciation will work in your favor.” The house has completely been transformed with pretty much everything changed or updated, but the addition of a couple tiny little babies (and a rambunctious puppy) have certainly made it a wonderful place to live. We are in a sweet pocket of the neighborhood, and all the wonderful restaurants, shops, parks, pools, and people have given us a true sense of community.

What a day!! From one cabin near Breckenridge to another cabin near Jefferson with a few 13,000 foot peaks in between. That reminds me of a proverb by a wise man who once said the best way to get there, is simply to go “Up And Over”. Off we went, and climbed single track trails, mining flumes, mountain passes, jeep roads, etc. Many calories were burned, many more snacks were consumed. Good times with a fantastic group of people. Keep it real, but explore and have some fun.

She’s a beauty. I had the pleasure of working diligently on this home for my clients. Opportunities abound with the most inventory that the greater Metro Denver market has seen in 10 years. The market is different for everyone right now, but there are opportunities right now. Rates have dropped, but no so much that there is a rush on home which would drive those prices back up.
