Did you know movement has the power to help you heal? 🌈
I was the most sick when I was the least active. Slowly and gently exercising again, in ways that were supportive to my body and condition, helped me be able to start living independently again and participate in activities I enjoyed. The second slide is just a few of those!
When you strengthen your entire body properly (I’m not just talking about muscles- we have to work on things like cardiovascular and nervous system health too!), it allows your body to move in a more efficient way that uses less energy and reduces pain levels. Yes, you read that right, using energy to exercise (in the right way!) will actually give you more energy to live a better life
