To help exfoliate your skin, try a soft bristled, battery operated toothbrush to scrub with. Make sure it is soft bristled, so it's not too rough on your skin. You can find these really cheap at the big chains. Just turn it on, apply your regular facial cleanser, and scrub in small gentle circles. No need to apply a lot of pressure.
