As many of you know, Rep. Leslie Herod has been working tirelessly to improve Colorado's support of film, television, and media. Last year she helped pass a $5M in film incentives – the most we've ever had. And now she's sponsoring a bill (HB24-1358*) to extend that incentive program for an additional four years!! Rep. Herod describes this bill as an "on-ramp" to bigger and better things.

To help it pass, she has asked one thing from us:

Rally with her on the steps of the state capitol this coming Thursday, March 21, from 11:30 to 1pm. Wearing BLUE.

Also! It was so cool to listen to Roma Sur speak about her beautiful documentary Maa - definitely my fave film of the showcase, and I’m so excited I got to watch it, let alone screen alongside it. Go check it out!
