One of the main misconceptions I see with men coming into my office is their approach to ‘fixing the problem’ of their partner’s pleasure. She isn’t a problem, but her body is different from his. She is also not a p**n film, nor is she the same as every other woman he has been with. And the attention is frankly largely often in a mis-attuned direction and with unsuccessful energetic when men fixate on fixing women.

What aspects of yourself would you like to feel more, express more, play with more? How about your innate erotic vibrance that shakes up your identity? So often we keep those parts of ourselves bottled up for a more “appropriate” time. Well guess what? That time will never come. Let’s stop telling our playful expression what to do!
