Wow... It's been a while ...

We are about to do this in baby steps .. Serious baby steps ... But you got to start somewhere ...Right!?!?

As I post this I have flash backs of a lot of I remembers
*I remember running my first marathon and dying but coming back to life...funny not funny
*I remember running Bolder Boulder with my brother year after year
*I remenber deciding that I wanted to start running and about dying in the process ..again funny not funny
*I remember signing up for BGR Denver and starting that chapter of my life
*I remember celebrating winners after winners finishing their first 5k ..10k..half marathons
*I remember all the miles traveled to show just how ""half crazy" I was
*I remember running in freezing temperatures
*I remember those crack of dawn wake up
This list goes on and on..

As I think about my list of why I stopped ... I stop myself because that's not really a list ...it really is compiled of excuses .. Though LIFE happens ...it should never stop you from being your best you. Should not but.unfortunately does...

So as I shut that chapter .. That was a long ass chapter for real... I am excited for what's ahead... Life will continue to happen but it's how you fight through those obstacles that will determine the outcome..

I am about to take on this pavement again and see what happens ... The journey took alittle detour but GPS has got caught up...

Alright see you on the road to Gr8ness ...
