Grilled flatbread:

1 cup warm water
1 tbl coconut sugar
2 tsp active yeast
2 cups flour
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric

Combine all in a stand mixer with dough hook and knead until smooth dough forms. Cover with a kitchen towel and proof for one hour. Cut into 6 pieces and roll into oval shapes. Heat a charcoal or gas grill, brush the dough with olive oil and salt, grill for about one minute per side. Enjoy and basque in the goodness
