15 blocks went into fruiting tonight, we have the color spectrum of oyster mushrooms going on. Blues, golds, phoenix, Florida and tarragon! And even a couple enoki because who doesn't want to grow 6 species at a time

Spring growing season has arrived!

Blue oysters ready to go out and some king oysters that were ready to harvest. If anyone is interested in getting a box let us know!

Fruiting chamber is loading back up. The blues are going for round 2 while Italians and kings are still coming along

The spawn vault is getting replenished. Some new species are going into various phases of trials. Working on paddy straw, wood bluwit, tarragon and pearl oysters. Plus more Italian, kings and lions mane are ready for substrate
