A tribute to Johnny Was, in the garden at 5 green boxes. Beautiful clothing and so much color all over around. And these watermelon cubes filled with goat cheese and mint, and topped with pistachios and balsamic vinegar seem to be not a bad pairing at all. Thank you for having us 5 Green Boxes

These gentle blue oyster mushrooms, sautéed briefly and well seasoned, slices of avocado, some luscious burrata, and a spread of walnut pesto on the ciabatta bread.... not bad at all. Not bad at all....
