City Roots Dental

The City Roots team sank their teeth into some delicious food at Stir after valiant attempts at knife work and socarrat formation (some attempts were more valiant than others).

The class also showed us that not only is Mallory an excellent hygienist but also highly knowledgeable about cooking - somebody paid attention to Food Network! She’s been with us for four months and has been the perfect final piece to our puzzle (or paella).
