They say that people come in to our lives to show us parts of ourselves. That we are mirrors and each mirror will show us where we lack awareness, things we love, don’t love, want/need. In trying to experience the world through this lens we can learn so much about the ways that that human condition has been shaped. In a world where it is seemingly easier to take the “easy” way out, numb, turn a blind eye, or just plain give up on fighting and facing ourselves, many of us are here to ask the hard questions, be warriors, be brave, be willing to love and to be vulnerable, and learn about ourselves and all the ways we can expand through our relationship with the world around us.

Maybe we are here to remember that we are the source, and as the science catches up and “proves” what our ancestors have been knowing for generations - maybe we are here to affect the past. As we reconcile the challenges of existing in our world may we also appreciate and be grateful for the gift of the present.

Today was truly lovely. All the people who came through our doors reflected back to us so much beauty and kindness and love. And realizing that we are you and you are us - if each person that came through our door is a reflection of us - then we are dope! We see you 🌻🌻

Meet our amazing team! Now that we are all grown up (ish) we figured we’d take a moment to reintroduce ourselves. We’ve had so many great team members and supporters over the years but like any relationship, it takes some time to find the peeps that fit like a puzzle piece. We are an a sweet spot when it comes to capacity, care, and release so that our team can take the lead and build how they want in collaboration. We are a family. So when you pop in, you’ll likely see one of these familiar faces. 😘
