An Essential Basket

I have been designing gifts for 25+ years. On day one I told myself I would have awesome customer service. I am sure lots of people have had bad experiences. Well Saturday, I had to be true to my word. I drove 12 hours roundtrip to deliver the basket to Montrose Colorado. I couldn't ship it because it had a live plant. The customer (out of state) wanted something special. I made it happen. What a wonderful road trip. It was a long day, so worth the smile on the ladies face. My why.
