In these moments of celebration, our team is honored to play a role by showing up on tables across America – today and every day.

As the United States marks its 250th year, we wish you a safe and joyous Independence Day.

This Juneteenth, we recognize and celebrate the ending of slavery in the United States, and we honor the contributions and achievements of Black Americans throughout history and today.

We believe promoting a culture where every team member feels supported and valued strengthens our business and helps build more equitable and inclusive communities.

We’d also like to recognize the invaluable contributions of B.E.A.M. (Black Excellence at Ardent Mills), our employee resource group (ERG) dedicated to supporting professional growth, advancing inclusivity and creating an environment that embraces and celebrates the culture and experiences of Black-identifying team members across our organization.

Today, we reflect on the progress that has been made and reaffirm our commitment to continued growth and opportunity – together as one, Ardent Mills.
