Two years in the making and a dream come true!
This one is such a sweet success story on correct timing. Daniel and Amanda's family had been slowly outgrowing their first home since welcoming 2 kiddos and transitioning to a work from home situation, and contacted us a couple years ago about the transition. Over the course of the years we offered when a perfect home came on the market, but got outbid since having a contingent sale with a home not even on the market. Once, we even successfully went under contract on a replacement home, but didn't get traction on selling their home and had to pull out of the Contract.
Disappointed but determined, we decided to stop putting the cart before the horse and list their home first in a Spring Market. We then got multiple offers on their home, and chose one with a generous post closing occupancy period. As that timeline neared, the Buyers started to feel panicked as there wasn't a replacement home in site and their time running out - until this beauty came on. Within flipping through the first 2 photos, the Buyers saw the yard and were instantly in love.
