Rotary eclub One is a full-service chartered Rotary Club in every aspect of its management and activities, except that we do not meet for a meal, and our meetings operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We were established way back in 2002! We meet via Zoom on occasion, we have weekly discussion threads in our "Clubhouse" online, we can visit regularly using WhatsApp, and most of all - what's really fun and engaging is getting to know Rotarians all across the globe!

A year end update from one of our partners in Kenya. Jifunze International
From their website, "'Jifunze’ is a Swahili word meaning 'learn'. Jifunze International envisions people from diverse backgrounds learning about health and safety by developing new life skills for long-term well being.
Their mission is to "encourage, engage and equip vulnerable adults and children living in high-risk situations."
In 2022, Jifunze International started a meal program in the slum of Kariobangi, Nairobi, Kenya, which worked with boys aged 17 - 25. Since then their program has expanded to include, health education, tertiary education and soccer.
With this year end update, the boys are sharing their Vision Boards that recorded their goals and dreams of what they are aspiring to.

Rotary International has themes each month to celebrate what Rotary is all about, and also highlighting projects and causes all over the globe. For the month of June - Rotary celebrates "Fellowship Month."
Rotary Fellowships are international groups that share a common passion. Being part of a fellowship is a fun way to make friends around the world, explore a hobby or profession, and enhance your Rotary experience.

On this first day of June, and Rotary International's "Fellowships Month " we wish to also participate in the time to recognize and celebrate international friendships, build goodwill, and connect with other members worldwide who share common recreational interests or vocations.

Rotary eClub One President's Message

As Rotary International’s Youth Service Month comes to an end, Rotary eClub One would like to share an exciting update!
We have helped with chartering a new Interact Club (with 27 members!), and recently held a Charter Presentation Ceremony and Installation. This was organized at the R.C. Matriculation School in Vaiyampatti, in Tiruchirappalli District of Tamil Nadu State, India. RI District 3000. There was both physical and online ceremonies of this new Interact Club. Many Rotary eClub One members across the globe attended via Zoom, and Rotarians attended in person from the Rotary Club in Viayampatti.
To note, this is the first Interact Club that received RI's approval for having two Clubs as its Sponsor and Co-Sponsor: one Terra club (Rotary Club of Vaiyampatti, District 3000) and one International Online club (Rotary eClub One, District 5450). Congratulations to the new Interact Club members.
