We’re so proud that our beautiful refugee-made pieces are for sale at the Denver Botanic Garden gift shop! They make perfect holiday gifts; and proceeds from your purchase go directly toward supporting two fantastic, impactful non-profits as well as paying our refugee makers! 💜

We had a great time at Taste of Ethiopia in Aurora, Colorado this weekend! We met so many great people and it’s such a fun festival with amazing music and food 😋

For anyone who isn’t aware, we are part of the African Community Center, which is a refugee resettlement agency in Denver. Our parent organization, the Ethiopian Community Development Council in Arlington, Va., was founded in 1983 by Ethiopian native Dr. Tsehaye Teferra, whose leadership and vision have shaped ECDC into the robust, multi-faceted force it is today.
