I put together a 7-part post with resources for caregivers of people with dementia and Alzheimer's. I verified all the phone numbers and links myself. It covers all 50 states. I wish I could have posted it all at once, but it was too long. If you're a caregiver, I know how hard it is to find real help. I hope this makes it a little easier for you.

Hey everyone! Hope your Tuesday is going okay! Just put together a Free Easter Memory Care Bingo & Activities blog. Easter is a great time to engage seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia in meaningful ways. Bingo is always a favorite, but we also have coloring pages, trivia, and other Easter-themed activities to spark fun. I hope all you caregivers out there are relaxing and getting some rest! I know you've probably all got your hands full and are stressed out but please if you can take some time for yourself! Self care is essential! Also don't feel guilty about taking some time off for yourself! I wanted to share this resource list on the website. I put together I put together a list of resources, including organizations, aging consortia, and Medicaid services (no private companies). Depending on the state there are potentially grants or in-home visits from caregivers available. Happy Friday!! Firstly I want to say the "relaunch" of the website has been AMAZING!! Everyone on here has been so awesome and supportive and really helpful. So many incredible people have shared the website and checked out the website and I want to thank all of you!!! Getting the website out there is tough and Victoria and I have just rewritten a blog post and included a bunch of free downloadable printable trivia in it!
