Join Mama Zim of for a cool ass tea making series. Over the next 3 months, each class will include an info session, your blend, some honey, a strainer, and an info card about your herbs! She’s a brilliant root worker, get her before she’s too busy for us!!🌿

I will also be hosting a series to reset the nervous system. It’s been a while!! Let’s learn some somatic practices, meditate and get a nice tea ritual in. You’ll take home a little tea and an affirmation card to help remind you how to move through the world with a semblance of balance. 😉

It’s been FAR. TOO. LONG.

But we are back!!! With a beautiful group of people and looking forward to connecting with the community again.

On 10/22 @ RedLine we have a experience set to hold you tight as you go on a journey with our poets and yogis bending and moving through the words.

There will be local vendors, food, community healing resources, and art.

We will also be donating a percentage of sales to The Apprentices of Peace doing movement work in the community.

Tickets drop on 10/1.
