- Introduction to supervision
- What is supervision?
- Why a social justice, anti-oppressive social work lens?
- History of supervision
- Models of supervision
- Introducing the Colorado Social Work Collaborative Framework for Supervision
- Understand the role of the supervisor
- Beginning to apply new methods in small group discussion and role play.
