We’re excited to officially announce that our next RISE Program cohort begins June 1st.

This 6-week program was built specifically for middle school athletes during one of the most important stages of development - not just physically, but mentally as well.

At this age, athletes don’t need random workouts or excessive intensity. They need coaching. They need an environment where they can learn proper movement, gain confidence, and begin building habits that will serve them for years to come.

That’s what RISE is all about.

Over the course of 6 weeks, athletes will learn:

✅ Proper lifting technique
✅ Speed and movement fundamentals
✅ Coordination and body control
✅ How to train with confidence and intention
✅ What it means to work hard the right way

Most importantly, they’ll be coached in a positive environment where they feel supported, challenged, and encouraged.

We intentionally keep this program small so every athlete receives a high level of coaching and attention.

The next cohort begins June 1st and spots are limited.
