I had planned to be in bed by 10pm, and just as I was closing down the lights, I peeked into the egg box and saw this charming little tiger peeking up at me. Of course, that turned into setting up a hatchling tub, playing musical enclosures to shuffle a few fast-growing juveniles around, and creating a profile for this little one in my favorite lineage tracking app. Now it’s almost midnight!

This hatchling marks the first out of Rhiana and Bengal. I wanted tigers this season, and I’m hatching them! 🥳🐯
