Overview:

ACME Manufacturing is looking to add a motivated Marketing Coordinator to oversee day to day marketing activities for multiple brands. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing teams with various marketing projects, processes, and administrative duties. This position requires tight interaction with sales, customer service, and product development to ensure that websites, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brands and our sales and marketing objectives. ACME Manufacturing is home to six businesses, including ACME Metal Shapes, All America Threaded Products, Coyote Landscape Products, GarageWorks Steel, Perfection Chain Products, and Regal Brands. Each division is challenged with identifying our core customer targets and establishing a brand presence within those customer targets through multiple marketing channels including, but not limited to email, social media, public relations, advertising, and content development.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with team to identify customer segments and develop a marketing strategy to address each customer segment through email, social media, and advertising.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and work with marketing colleagues and web team to create compelling landing pages and visual narratives.
• Write content for website, blog, newsletters, social media, press releases and marketing collateral.
• Assist with graphic design of various marketing collateral, including but not limited to, brochures, catalogs, branding, presentations, tradeshow displays, print ads, web ads, social media posts and signage.
• Assist the web team with basic web maintenance projects, including uploading new content, images and links.
• Maintain monthly marketing content schedules.
• Monitor, report and provide recommendations to improve website and campaign metrics.
• Manage tradeshow logistics and booth planning.
• Provide photo/video support.
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing team.
• Precise ex*****on of brand identity.

Preferred Experience and Requirements:

• 4-year College Degree in Marketing, Communication or Graphic Design.
• Minimum of 1 year marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Sound understanding of the principles of marketing and graphic design.

• Excellent visual communications skills, including creative design in print and web environment, layout, typography and photo editing/manipulation.
• Self-motivated, accountable, responsible, professional, and trustworthy.
• Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building and managing successful email and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.) campaigns.
• Confident using MailChimp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in Wordpress environment preferred.
• HTML, CSS, web-programming and e-commerce (Shopify) experience a plus.
• Photo/Video shooting and editing skills a plus.

The Marketing Coordinator position is an in-office role based in Denver, Colorado but also requires travel to Acme Divisions in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Vinemont, Alabama. The frequency of travel averages two visits to each location outside of Denver per year.

Salary Range for this position starts at $50K

IMMEDIATE PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME DAY OPENINGS

Flexible Hours between 6 AM and 6 PM
The wage is $17.25 per hour, and with our INCENTIVE Program, you can make up to $40 per hour.

Job duties include:
• Push/pull carts through the warehouse to fill customer orders.
• Label, wrap and palletize parts.

Requirements:
• Physical ability to safely perform job duties.
• Ability to consistently recognize sequences of numbers.
• Dependability - consistent attendance and on time for work as scheduled.
• Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their assigned projects and job duties
• The parts weigh between .5 to 4 pounds; throughout a shift, employees move 3 to 4k pounds of material.

• Proactively engage in working in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position

Acme Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a mechanically proficient individual with experience in specifying and finding parts that is reliable and trustworthy to join our growing operation.

How You Will Make an Impact:
In this role you will never experience the same day twice. As part of a dynamic team you will be moving between working with mechanics on the production floor to understand their parts needs, handling a variety of administrative tasks for our production and maintenance teams or running out to grab parts for an emergency repair. Then the next day you may be working on an ad hoc project to help us continually improve as we grow. We are looking for an agile results-oriented team member who can remain calm and focused when challenged with many competing priorities.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities Include The Following:
• Review mechanical drawings to determine necessary parts
• Parts specialist
• Coordinate delivery of parts and materials according to the production schedule and work orders
• Ability to work with our maintenance team to determine parts needed for equipment repairs
• Ensure parts requisitions are for best cost available
• Effectively organize part details in our maintenance work order system
• Manage parts inventory and ensure mechanics are properly accounting for parts used
• Manage payroll timecards for all operations employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
