Hi again 👋🏽

I'm back, took a bit of a break & was debating on more. My emotions got heavy and hard, and felt like I was in a constant state of overwhelm and mental burn out.

Some of you noticed that I slipped away from my business quietly.

I needed to reinstate boundaries (both online and in real life) I needed to remember it's okay to feel the hurt, anger and pity that I was feeling. I needed a break from people telling me l'm strong (but I truly do appreciate you all so fu***ng much) because ya girl was fu***ng breaking. Fast.

But here I am again.

It took me awhile it get back into the groove of simple tasks. But I’m happy to say I found it.
I took the time to be present, I did social things, met some new people and laughed a whole f**k ton,
I said no to things that I knew would exhaust me & honesty just sat with my brain for the time I was gone and reminded myself
To feel your fu***ng feels.
Cry when you have too
Scream when you need too
Smile when you can.

Thank you to those that checked in. Truly appreciated it. But now I’m ready to get back to reality, I hope you’ll welcome me back ❤️
