Are you missing some gutters? Did your builder leave off some 2nd story gutters where there is a lower roof, common practice but terrible idea. All that water dropping a story to the lower roof creates a wear line in the lower roof decreasing its life by half. Not only does it damage the roof but the constant splashing onto the siding and paint will decrease their life by half. Let's face it, the builders are out to make as much profit as possible....understandable, but they don't care how much it cost you to save them a thousand bucks in profit. Most cases we can add what's missing without having to replace existing system, and more likely than not we have a match in color so no painting will have to be done. Besides, I believe it dresses up the house. What do you think?
