Here is the recording of my sixth public comment to the Colorado ECMC, reminding them of the $7.7 million they failed to enforce for five fracking operators who all falsified data provided to the state.

Would you be confident that these operators would not lie again? The Commission seems to be. Shortly after public comments, they speedily reduced fines for the associated operators by 91%.

Hot off the press! Here is my fifth (!) public comment to the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) pleading with them not to poison the air we breathe and water we drink by adding an 18-well “megapad” near elementary schools, retirement communities, daycares, and thousands of families.
