Recently, I successfully fulfilled a large order for 36 soy-free, gluten-free cookies featuring a cherry pie filling. The client specifically requested a simple cookie without any elaborate garnishes or chocolate. Notably, these gluten-free cookies are virtually indistinguishable from their traditional counterparts. In essence, they are delightful little pastries. I hope everyone is doing well. Due to my recent work schedule, I haven’t had the opportunity to visit the farmers markets.
