Alright, we don't have a mortgage time machine but we do have our loan assumption assistance program, which is essentially the same thing. A loan assumption allows you to take over a seller's current interest rate and payment rather than getting a mortgage rate at market rates.

Hey everyone, we want you to meet Kevin Blanco! Kevin is one of many members of our loan officer team. He was born in Guatemala, and raised right here in Northern Colorado.

When Kevin is outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He’s an incredibly hard working loan officer and loves and serving people.

He’s very, very detail oriented and will do everything possible to make the process as simple and fast as possible!
