One to three times per week.

Does it cause bruising?

The goal is to never bruise you as a practitioner. We take measures to go over your intake form thoroughly. Though it is possible due to a lot of stagnation, it is extremely rare. In most cases if you are prone to bruising we recommend taking arnica or bromelian but most of our clientele has had no marks left behind.

How can I maintain my results?

Book a 30 minute cupping in between your service or you can purchase cups to perform on yourself. Stay tuned for our classes where we go in depth about the lymphatic process and how to work in the correction motion with the pressure that is safe.

How long does it last?

Everyone is different but cupping results are at their peak after your service with it lasting up to several hours to 2 days. This is why we want to ensure the education portion of your care is pivotal to us. We want to be your first place to ask questions so we can help assess your treatment plan.
