Pretty much obsessed with the inversion of what would be the traditional color application on wall vs. wainscot. This bold orange color on the wall's paneling is a gorgeous and sophisticated way to bring color into the room.

Exaggerate the unexpected.

Playing with scale in space can be one of the most successful ways to create surprise, evoke emotion, or affect spatial perception. The scale play in this space is particularly powerful. Notice the low-height nature of all seating, set against a dramatically elongated slat wall and oversized art piece. This creates an unusual and surprising culmination of objects and is utterly gorgeous.

We are a little bit biased toward orange over here, but we simply think it isn't used enough in space. Orange can be aggressive if used the wrong way, but when used strategically, it can be amazingly versatile, bold, and warm.
