I can’t explain to you how excited I am that my cousin just moved to Cheyenne! Only his second weekend in town and he’s already come for a visit. We talked, we laughed, we drank, we ate, and… we hiked, of course! 💁🏼‍♀️ This family time was the best way I could’ve hoped to spend the long weekend.

Family is really important to me. And I will swear time and time again that I have the very best family you could ever hope for. Which is why I do what I can to support their needs. My sister in law, Kelly, is why I support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by raising money every year for the Xtreme Hike. She is why I hike literally hundreds of miles to train, and spend HOURS writing and posting on social media about the hike and the foundation.

I hike because of Family.

I am elated to share that I’m starting a new position as Marketing Lead (Events) at Les Mills US (LMUS)!

I never imagined I would find a job that easily combines working with all of my passions, for a company that so perfectly aligns with my personal and professional beliefs- but here it is, and I can’t wait to dive in! Look out USA, we’re about to throw some of the best fitness events you’ve ever seen 💪🏻🥳😘

👉🏻 What this means for Love R Bodies moving forward: Love R Bodies and my coaching business will become more of a side project that I do because I enjoy doing it, while my focus will be greatly geared towards my position at Les Mills. As for new or returning clients to LRB, I will take them on as energy and time allows, on a case by case basis.

👉🏻 What this means for Barre Forte moving forward: You can still catch me at the barre in University Hills on Monday morning for 6am Barre Express for the next few of weeks. The extremely talented and lovely, barre babe Jen will be taking over my Tuesday 9:45am crew. 🙌🏻 Moving forward, I will be subbing and stepping in to help out when I can, so keep an eye out for when my name pops up on the schedule!
