Mixing new floors into the existing floors on our next project. We’re just at the start after demolition of this full first floor renovation!

Basement renovation after! We took inspiration from the architecture of this 1910 Spanish mission style home in country club, with vibrant tiles, modern lines and a functional layout. From a raw open space, We created a space that will now be loved and used. We hid as many mechanicals as possible, leaving only the main heating pipes visible. Now there is a true laundry room, original laundry chute intact and extra storage, a cold storage canning room, a beautiful foyer at the bottom of the stairs, a gorgeous bathroom, a wonderful, great room with a fantastic bar and a small nook for an office.
