𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗽𝗲 👈🏻 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲!⁣

Our refill after this weeks produce shop 🥕🫑. Produce is only good for 1-2 weeks and when eating a whole food plant based diet it makes up the bulk of your meals, so we shop regularly to refill (every 1-2 weeks). ⁣We are also slowly switching plastic containers to glass, the more toxins we can leave behind the better!

• spaghetti⁣
• air fried tofu power bowls ⁣
• stuffed pitas⁣
• stir fry⁣
• smoothies⁣
• overnight oats ⁣
• cabbage and potatoes ⁣
• scrambled tofu breakfast burritos ⁣

We are what we eat! Food is the most powerful and best tasting medicine that we have 🍎🍌🍅🥦

I’ve tried ALL the things to heal from chronic pain. Seriously, all of them. ⁣

Nothing worked until I addressed the disconnect between my body and my spirit. I adopted a holistic lifestyle overall, nourished my body and soul with the best foods and then I started to see change. ⁣

Healing from chronic pain is not going to happen overnight or with a magic pill. It takes time and consistency. If you don’t care for your physical body with the right nutrients you won’t be able to create a safe place for your soul to heal. ⁣

Food is the physical energy that we fuel our bodies with 🍊🥒🍓🥕🍌⁣

When eating a whole food plant based diet you are giving your body necessary vitamins, minerals and immunity. ⁣

By nourishing your physical body you are creating a safe space to live presently and heal your soul. When you feel safe in your own body you can begin to heal from chronic pain and fatigue. ⁣

What we’ve built together is magical. I am not afraid of the future because together we can face anything that comes our way and come out stronger on the other side 🏔. ⁣
