Being named to TIME’s World’s Greatest Places of 2025 acknowledges how Populus is shaping the future of travel — a space rooted in sustainability, design, and community. We’re proud to have contributed to a project that’s not just about a hotel, but about reimagining urban spaces and bringing biodiversity back into the city.

As part of the design team, Superbloom helped bring this vision to life, crafting landscapes that connect guests with nature. The green roof is more than a visual feature; it’s an urban oasis, promoting biodiversity, cooling the space, and improving air quality. The hotel’s streetscape extends this vision, blending the park with the neighborhood while introducing pockets of green that enrich the community.

A big thank you to CPR and Denverite for helping to share the exciting news about the groundbreaking at Bluff Lake Nature Center! This marks the beginning of a major transformation of their campus with a new nature center building, native plant gardens, outdoor classrooms, and accessible trails—creating an incredible space for learning in nature and totally unique educational ecosystem. To celebrate, Bluff Lake’s Forest School kids grabbed their shovels and help launch the project! 🏕️🌱

This barn owl is sure going to turn some heads!

We are quite excited about the nature-based playground at the upcoming 1881 Park. Farm-inspired play structures located around the barn will be linked together by nature play elements, creating an immersive acre of fun! 🤸 When it comes to engaging spaces that connect kids to their surroundings, we give a real hoot!🦉
