Every successful mine restart begins long before production does.
It starts with strong maintenance leadership, careful planning, and a clear understanding of what it takes to bring equipment, systems, and people back online safely.
We're partnering with a mining company that's preparing for its next chapter after a period of exploration and technical evaluation. They're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead restart planning, strengthen asset integrity, and build the maintenance systems that will support reliable operations well into the future.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, leading teams through change, and working across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical Services to keep priorities aligned.
And if your background doesn't match every qualification on paper, we'd still like to hear from you. Experience comes in different forms, and the right perspective can be just as valuable as checking every box.

A gap on a resume doesn't tell the whole story.
Life happens. People care for their families. They raise kids. They take career pivots. They step away, then come back with experiences that don't fit neatly into a job title, but make them stronger professionals.
We're talking with Samantha about how we found that some of the most capable people have taken paths that aren't perfectly linear. They've learned resilience, perspective, adaptability, and yes, sometimes incredible time management.
Context matters. Always.
The best hiring decisions happen when we look beyond resumes and take the time to understand the person behind them.
What's one life experience that's made you better at your work?

When materials don't show up, operations feel it.
Production slows. Teams improvise. Costs climb. The people in procurement know this better than anyone.
Our client is looking for a Purchasing Agent who understands that purchasing is about far more than issuing POs. It's about anticipating needs, building strong supplier relationships, and making sure operations have what they need before problems ever surface.
You'll work across teams, partnering with operations, warehouse, and logistics groups to keep materials moving and priorities aligned. Along the way, you'll negotiate with suppliers, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help shape purchasing strategies that support the bigger picture.
Here's what they're looking for:
→ 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
→ Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other industrial environments
→ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships
→ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards is an asset
→ Someone who's organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing priorities
→ A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
This role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing operation.
If you're the person others count on to keep things moving, even when conditions change, we'd like to hear from you.
