This holiday season, our Broad River team adopted 23 students in need, providing each child with a full care package — a warm jacket, shoes, a new outfit, underwear, socks, and a toy — so they can head into the holidays feeling supported and cared for.

Meet our Palouse Wind Substation Coordinator, Shawn Elston! Shawn brings passion, deep expertise, and true partnership to every moment — navigating complex technical conversations with confidence and collaborating seamlessly with our project partners.

And the impact? Shawn and the team took a thoughtful approach to our upcoming transmission project by re-evaluating existing components and finding ways to reuse equipment — ultimately saving nearly $65,000.
